Prof. Li SHI
Tsinghua University, China
Li Shi, a professor at Tsinghua University, is primarily engaged in teaching and research in the fields of intelligent control, computer control, fault diagnosis, and bioinformatics processing. She has led nearly 30 national and provincial key projects, including military 863 projects, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and projects supported by the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education. She has received two second-class provincial science and technology progress awards, completed six national-level project evaluations, and been granted four national invention patents. She proposed an adaptive ECG extraction method to assist in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which has been successfully applied in several provincial tertiary hospitals. She also developed a fuzzy adaptive network (ANFIS)-based multi-model fault diagnosis method, successfully achieving fault diagnosis for pneumatic actuators. Additionally, she proposed a theory of visual image reconstruction based on overcomplete basis functions and conducted in-depth research on the sparse representation model of global image features in the primary visual cortex. In the past five years, she has published 41 papers as the first or corresponding author (33 as first author, 8 as corresponding author), including 2 indexed by SCI and 5 indexed by EI. She has also authored or co-authored three academic books.
